With the weather getting warmer (at least for me) I thought I would share this wonderful recipe. This is another from my amazing Mother in Law and is served great with any barbeque. It's by far one of my husband's favorite things to eat!!
Sweet & Sour Baked Beans-
Serves 12 or more
2 lg cans pork n beans
1/2 lb bacon cut in small pieces
1 lg onion- chopped
1 medium green pepper chopped
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 sm bottle ketchip
1 cup brown sugar
2 T worchester sauce
Mix together- Bake 3 hrs at 250 or in crockpot
Enjoy!!
